How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through the website. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive the order details. You can also place your order through WhatsApp.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we accept custom orders, whether for a single piece or in bulk. Send us the design and details, and we’ll review feasibility, price, and timeline.
Can I change the color, fabric or measurements?
Regarding colors, it depends on the model and whether other colors are available or not. As for the size, you can add your own size in the notes section. As for special requests, it is possible depending on the design and the availability of the material.
How long does delivery take?
7-14 days for custom orders
If you need it urgently, you can contact us via WhatsApp and provide us with the order details so we can see if we can expedite your order.
For ready-made items, delivery takes 1-4 days.
How long do custom orders take?
1-4 working days
Can I change or cancel my order?
You cannot cancel the order after you have made the payment (please confirm the order only after you have checked all the details and your final wishes, because after confirmation we will start implementing the order)
